Md. Abdul Jalil Bachelor of civil Engineering.26 years’ experience in Telecom & Transmission Tower and the Foundation Engineering and other different fields connected to the construction and benchmark surveying. Prior to join with Dream Construction (Shaptorshi Group) he worked in Banglalink. 21 years’ experience under telecom field; construction, site acquisition & agreement preparation, assist cell planning of WLL & GSM system, estimation and rate preparation schedule for civil infrastructure, arrange to tender calling process collect BOQ from vendor/suppliers, evaluate of rate schedule, selection of the contractor/vendors and awarding the work to the contractors. Supervising and monitoring the civil infrastructure of MSC, BSC, BTS and RBS, takeover the site from contractor/vendor. Checking & verifying the invoices and process to payment with finance as per the finalization of invoices.
Management Level Experience:
12 years’ experience with managerial position to manage in-house and external activities and correspondences with multiple vendors/govt. organization technical and administration aptitude in Banglalink & Orascom Telecom.
Working for 2G & 3G implementation projects ensuring effective communication flow among business process stakeholders as well as project team members.
Worked as a manager, senior manager, Associate General Manager and Head of Site Acquisition under Network Deployment for the execution of acquisition and power connection to support and fulfill the Rollout target.
